Another hectic busy week down there. It's been brilliant. Um loads going on post-gig weekend. Um You couldn't get a seat on the ferry or even on a plane if you wanted to. Um Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, everything was just fully booked of people uh bailing out and leaving the island. So double sailing of the the ferry on the Monday, fully fully booked outward bound. Um same again, fully booked Tuesday and I think Wednesday as well. Um we've had cruise ships, so we've had uh uh six of seven cruise ships over the course of this week. We've got another one tomorrow. Um so it's pilot Tuesday. I was that's the only piloted I did for the um Fram, Fram with an M. Um uh which is really nice. Uh and out on the the pilot boat again. That's just fantastic, that pilot boat. I can't c stop uh praising it enough. If anything, because it's so relaxing being sat in it and nice air conditioned, comfy seats, springloaded sprung-loaded seats, and um yeah, it was really really nice pilotage as well.

Oh yeah, yeah. I've I've tried uh so I think they've banned me from from driving it basically. So uh but um but no no, it's it's been busy uh with the cruise ship. So we had the Fram um in one day. We had one, so that was Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Um, and on Friday we had two cruise ships in cruise ships in um, which was good. Uh what else has been happening down there? Um it's been pretty hectic. Uh landing craft is back up and running. A fantastic uh week of weather as well. So lovely, calm seas, um, a bit of sunshine, which has been good. Uh a few more local boats getting down in the harbour, which is is starting to fill up. Not all the moorons are full yet, but um and yachts, yeah. Nice, nice handful of yachts kicking around. And and I've just been down the harbour this afternoon, actually, and um they're filling up quite nicely. We've got a bit more of a breeze and crappy weather coming the next few days, so they all pile in there for a bit more shelter and protection. So um, but no, uh we had the we survived the pub down there. I think I mentioned that last week anyway. Um Public Key. And we're just lining up now. Uh the whole harbour side building's got to be covered and scaffolded and and the roof is being taken off and and redone uh over the course of a couple of months, two or three months or so. Um so we're we're just um we're basically trying to find space which isn't there uh for stuff to be stored and scaffold to go up and and new slates and scrips for the old ones. But um hectic, busy week, uh which has been uh an enjoyable busy week, which is weird. Um we're all absolutely knackered, um, and we're still at the sort of beginning end of the beginning time of the season, if you like. Um and May May is just going to be hectic, busy, busy um mainly with pilotage and and our cruise ships. It's uh it's our busiest month for that. So um aside of that, I've I'd like to say I've been keeping quiet outside of work, but it's been mental with that as well. So I'm ready for bed. What's what what's been happening with how's how's your patient? I imagine she's uh she's basically full recovery back to work.

Yeah, ran a quick marathon this morning, I think she did, uh, and then uh painted the house. Uh yeah, the standard stuff. No, still hobbling along. She's um she's good, she knows just fits and starts. Um for longer walks, she's on crutches. Um what do we do? Went to the uh uh Nairnford festival earlier on, uh, which is okay, it was nice. Um, and then on the way back, uh stopped into a uh garden centre, which cost a second mortgage. Um I mean, fortunately, my car was uh I'd already had the golf clubs and stuff in the boots, so we couldn't get that much in there, but surprisingly you can stick you can stick in the back seats.

And I would have got a double uh a double bed in there, yeah.

Well yeah, and then um yeah, and then we've just been to the garden centre to get some um compost for what we just bought and then spent a load more money on a new uh bench. So yeah, the patient is doing well.

So you haven't made maybe haven't made your own bench.

No, no, no, no, no. Why do that when you can find money at a problem? Um so she uh uh yeah, because we spent she's spending so much time in the garden. Uh the garden has taken a you know, it's uh uh looking good, but yeah, it's uh costly on the uh uh the old pocket. But yeah, she's doing well. She's doing well, I think another two weeks left of uh holiday, a note of uh sick leave uh to fully recover before the uh yeah, she's uh started on. So no, or the patient is doing well, I think.

Uh and and and have you had the review of uh the um tiptoeing up the stairs yet, or is that still to be completely?

Yeah, I looked the other day, in fact, I was listening, I was downstairs. I think it's back. I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm gonna have to speak to the physical back. Well, it hasn't gone worse, but yeah, I was sat there the other day thinking, but uh I think it's a family thing. Teddy does the same thing as well. No one knows how to walk or around this household. Um, I don't realise that balls of feet are designed uh for walking, but yes, uh complain, I suppose. Uh no, if you're doing well, doing well.

That's all right, that's the main thing. Well, to be out uh mowing the lawn. I haven't had I've I've yet to venture and cut my lawn. In fact, I'm just looking at it now as we speak. Ah, it looks amazing, mate. Even if I do so do say so myself, it's looking good. I have been religiously watering that every inch of it every evening. Um, weirdly, I'm finding it's taking me longer and longer each time. So uh um it's quite a nice, it's the only time I can get some peace and quiet, if I'm honest.

Exactly, yeah. Yeah, yeah. You have to get a um you probably don't need it at the moment, uh, but uh uh uh copper sulfate um uh on it to get it nice and green. Um supposed to be. Well, proper like uh lush green, not just green green.

It is green, it is lusciously green green. It's it's I I think it's perhaps the greenest green I've ever seen.

It's uh I I it's hot I'm holding off for its first cut. I've been I've been um geekily looking at um old things online when to cut. Yeah um so not not quite there yet. I think the uh the the favourable answer was about seven to ten centimetres before the first cut, and then even then on the the lawnmower's highest setting, just uh just a trim, just a shot back and shot back inside, yeah, and um not a skin fade. So um it'll be watered again tonight, even though we got rain in the forecast. The rain's not happening here. The forecast had been shocking for the islands, um, in terms of its prediction. Um it was supposed to be lashing down today, and nothing.

Yeah, you even made the BBC it was gonna be crap. Um in fairness, I was expecting some uh crappy weather. We've been sat in the garden all day, it's been uh roasting. Uh we've been literally in shorts and t-shirts.

Well, I'm walking around and uh lunch out on there, but yeah, no, it's been nice.

I'm doing something wrong. I I I I dream of stuff like that. I thought, oh, it's been it has been a very, very busy week at work, and I thought excellent weekend. Not really the the the the driveway and the patio. Oh the patio is done, mate. But you see that that is awesome. Um, and some steps going up onto the luscious uh lawn.

I'm thinking of thinking of getting a few uh keep off the lawn signs uh for you know you no buggies, you want the old no buggies.

Keep off the lawn and um the dog's now banned from it. Uh she she's she'd be not being a phone. Well, she she went up there the other day and did a poo in the corner, so um I I I nearly went and grabbed it and threw it at her. But um uh yeah, she's banned from that. Um as I it's weird, isn't it? You you you read uh as you get older and older the the the things that you take joy in life, and it is water and grass. Water in your lawn, highlight of the day. Um so that that's coming on a treat. Um I'm delighted with that. So and I thought I thought because we didn't have any work this weekend with the with the house, it would be a nice relaxing no don't be so silly, Dale. Um Fran thought it was a good time. I think was it Friday yesterday? Where was I go? Oh, I I I went to golf. I'll tell you about that in a minute. Um as as Fran announced it's time to paint the kitchen. What? Um and yeah, but anyway, so uh that that was Fran's job. Uh and I thought, well, that's gonna I'll let her crack on with that. And it does look good to be fair. Um, the bits that she's she finished off yesterday and it looks great. I thought that that's the weekend, that won't that's not that bad. Um, but get up this morning to let's board out the loft. Wow, yeah. Um, so that um although um same sort of thing, uh Ry smile on my face as I get down to the garage and I get to uh because I thought all the DeWalt tools were up on those clips and the battery style holders. I thought, well, I never use them now. Oh mate, it was no, I'll get this. I've got my uh my circular saw thing, the drill thing, and everything else thing, all off. I need every tool uh to cut a piece of wood. You've got a tool belt yet. Oh no, that's I've I've put that on my Christmas list.

Yeah, Christmas list, yeah. You do need a tool belt. I must have I've noticed that we just really got those little jobs. I've got a I've got a nice little carry bag to walk carry bag, uh yeah, that when it when a job's on, everything gets part, comes out kind of what I need, chucks it in there, and I walk to whatever the uh job required. Uh you know, and it looks at me giving it oh you want an output in the there so I can hang a picture. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I need all these tools.

Spend more time getting getting tooled up uh than it takes to to put. But yeah, that that was um that's been hard today. Uh because but the the the only I say the only reason I agreed to do it is one that Franz said it was happening. Um but the main thing is that the main thing was that uh um it meant that we could clear out the mezzanine deck in the garage of all the stuff. So that's now empty, and that's just my stuff pretty much up there.

Um what's gonna live up there then?

Um up there is gonna be uh long pieces of wood. Um uh I've got a couple of bits um of all the shelving units. I've got stuff on the shelving units, which I don't need. Um I've got the the chainsaws, a couple of spare tires for the trailer, the boat trailer, um, just stuff that you know I can I can put in crates and stick up there out of the way. It just creates a bit more space on the ground floor for shit to buy and stick in there and fill it up again.

So yeah, I just working out the kind of the cost of uh the loss of heating in the winter due to uh padding down uh uh insulation versus the cost of the space. But uh yeah, I mean I can't I can't probably uh comment too much as I've just bought a shed just to put more shit in it. Um so yeah, I understand the principle. Uh just moving more shit from one room to another.

At least in the house, because the stuff that was up there was um is it wasn't called moldy, but it it it wasn't good for it out in the garage. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, so that that uh it's made more space for industrial type storage. Um that means I need to buy more tools. Oh mate, another beauty because all the stuff that was because Franz is so dusty and there's like um cement dust and and all sorts of uh I was like, hang on, I'll get the DeWalt leaf blower onto it. Um so uh another good use for that. So that's justified its payment or or uh its purchase um again. Um I tell you I cut the hedge at the back. I got used to that again last week. Yeah.

That was uh um epic use of that. Again, the first and only time I've used it for its actual use um for blown leaves. So that was that was amazing.

Uh well, as much of the top as I could reach from the the top of a wobbly uh stepladder with uh I wonder why Fran was uh Anna was saying Fran's up to life insurance. Yeah, petrol hedge trimmer on the go as I'm leaning across and I should you know it's about ten foot high.

This uh I was gonna say, yeah, it's a big edge. I was wondering whether you were gonna risk killing yourself for that.

No, I I although um I have been to hospital this week, so that's been that's been uh a day trip, lovely day trip as well, actually, uh, on Skybus. Um on a brand new, I say brand new, they're new, it's not got the the paint job on it, the livery, Skybus livery on one of these twin autos, but um out to Land's End and uh day trip up to Trellisk for um I got a mole removed on my back and a punch biopsy um of a mole on my face as well. So under my my left eye, so um and it was fine at the time. Um and then I think I told you the the the the guy said um and you can't drive because your insurance will be null and void of that oh right I didn't know that. Should have should have read all the bump beforehand, but um it was it was it all went fairly quickly. Um I didn't quite appreciate how serious it was when had in a proper little sort of surgical suite with four people around you, and you're like, oh right, I just thought it was I don't know what I thought it was like nail tweezers or something, you just cut it out with a a melon bowl scoop or something, but um no, uh it numbed my entire face and my back. Um but that's clearly all worn off now, and it it stings like hell. Little tiny cut, uh little tiny cut in your face. And of course, because um I was doing that fresh air job of cutting wood in the garage with sawdust everywhere and up moving move moving insulation up in the loft. I didn't need to wipe my face at all. Um I swear I thought I'd ripped the skin clean off my face about four times today. Just every time I went to oh mate, don't I was it was horrible, but um I'll live, I think. Um got got lots of sympathy from Fran, as you can imagine. Yeah, um, you know, uh nothing wrong with you, you haven't even touched it.

Uh there we go, go with the hot the hospital trip this week. Um, hot on the heels of Harry's hospital trip. Um, so all of our family have been in Trellisk over the last week because Ellen and Fran obviously Ellen went to to see Harry when he was in last week. Fran took him there. But um so Fraser's the odd one out um up in Glasgow. We've um we've all been to Trellisk. That's the place to be.

So I um I thought it was quite funny that Fran was um well, she she I've been bypassed on this because I I wasn't consulted at all, but the pressure washer um has been ordered uh on the back of which one of you guys got, uh, and I think Anna text a picture or something of it. And of course that was the exact one that Fran was looking at, apparently. Um, so I, as you saw, said uh I'm gonna wait for Lee's Lee's review on this. Need a full review of this bit before it's too late, it's already been ordered. Uh don't I think I think as your comment came in, uh I'd I'd I'd seen uh an email or a message pop up on the phone saying, you know, your your order at whatever it was, Karcher thing. So uh that's on its way to get our patio done. We've got a pressure wash and clean it, and then the guy must say we've got to seal it with something. It's like um it'll so it'll retain its darker colour, uh and not sort of um go chalky grey white. So we'll be doing that in advance of your arrival as well.

Yeah, um that um and uh yeah, so the uh the the things I stuck on there, which I've uh upgraded mine on to I've watched it on a uh a car detailing um a YouTube video. Um the 15 meter extension lead.

Um because the Kirchhoe one's a bit too stiff, so this one's this it's not as hosed like I was like, but it's still it is still easier to move around. And then the little uh small gun, um, which is good. That's for cleaning cars and stuff like that, it's just a lot easier, and it comes with a little bit that you can do the uh the gutters with. In fact, I do need to uh um give one a little blast at some stage. But yeah, they're not bad. They're not bad.

He doesn't do it, he cleans the windows, but he doesn't do the guttering. No, you want to have a word with her, mate? Well, and I keep complaining about it. That's uh she don't mess around. If she comes back and there's a little thing of uh you know payment, and she looks at the windows, she sits there and she goes, Well, this is a shit job. I'm like from a distance, I'm like, You haven't it's because it's the inside, darling, they're just dirting inside, and uh he's not paid enough to come inside and so then we uh so I just oh and in fairness to her, I mean, you know, uh she is bang on right. She she she has a quick call to whatever neighbours and they say, Yeah, mine are a bit shit. So that's it. They just gang up and say, and they speak to the boss, who then is like sends his man out the next day and they all get cleaned again properly. And in fairness, in fairness to her, I have got quite a lot of cameras around the house, so you can tell how long I've been here. So she she went, I went for all the footage. Um she uses the tapes. I'm like, we we don't have tapes done anyway, by the by. Um, and then you know they're only here for like two minutes. So I was like, Well, okay, I'm sure they're here longer than that, but uh yeah.

For the purposes of the tape, I'm showing the window cleaner uh footage from Wednesday the third at 4 or 2 pm. Yeah. Um no, we haven't uh I I actually used the um the sprinkler on the windows because our windows are hanging at the moment, but the amount of dust and soil and dirt, yeah, I it's still there's it's pointless washing the windows.

Yeah, I remember buying one from my mum for for Christmas like dec decades ago, but they were all a thing. I think everybody's done the same. They've never used them and they stay in the box and go back up the loft. But um, yeah, hot tub would be lovely. I have identified if we ever did get a hot tub where it needs to go, and I've got a duct in for a power supply. So smart. Um, but as I say, I think we're a long way off. Although um, I'm very jealous of uh of the one you've got. It looks epic. Um and that it we mentioned that's where Anna's running her online uh umly fans.

Oh, yeah, fair enough, you know. Hey, I'm all up for her. Um well though it is actually too hot. We've been having a discussion, and the um I I did that classic. She's she spent two days trying to set the default uh uh change the default settings down to a sensible 37 degrees. At the moment, it keeps wandering between 40 and 41 degrees, and she literally passes out when she comes out. She's just like been cooked. Um, so I went, Oh, give her the instruction manual. I went in there and just uh pressed a few buttons, thought I knew what I was doing, and then uh she went in later on and went, yep, still four degrees, you've done fuck all gold. So uh so I need to work out. Uh, I'm gonna have to watch a few more YouTube videos, I think, on setting the defaults back down or ring the people that fitted it and say, Oi, how to get this down because it's a bit it is a bit too hot for this time of year.

So Friday afternoon, me and Tim um went up and got nine holes yesterday afternoon, which was absolute belter of a day. So nice out there. Um just the golfers shit, that's the problem. Um uh but no, we the same thing, we we we kept a score and and and submitted the the uh the card. Um I'm just gonna have a look and see what I see if I can remember what I went. I don't know how I'd forget such a crap round. I did get two pars on the on the way round.

Oh mate, honestly, I've I've had I've had chat GPT on it. I've I've created an agent now, chat uh my golf agent, and I sat there and it's been relatively uh kind to me. Uh I mean I took some time. I was doing some online an online course, you know, standard like what the hell is this shit? So I joined on Teams and then just sat back. Had a little panic when the guy said, Oh, you I will be asking questions and I need you to uh answer myself. We'll see about that. Um and I uploaded all of my golf stats, so I got all my cards and uploaded them, and then every time I've been to the range, I got uh snapshots of the screens, etc. etc. And then I I sat there and uh I I uh asked it to give me a cool strategy uh for my my local course. So I started off listening to it uh and I got bored and went ah what what is it though? After I after I put two two out of bounds, I was like, well, what does chat GPT mean? And uh continued. But I tried in the spirit of it, I kind of uh listened to it. But yes, so my chat GPT has got a lot of information on me, and I've just asked it some I've got a competition tomorrow to put together a uh uh what it thinks I should do. And in fairness, there's no no shockers on there. It's just kind of said be care for your driver. You that's what kills your game. Um that's where your misses are that make you uh um uh you're not scorn on uh those kind of misses and a few little bits and bobs, but did it did it not tell you to buy a ping driver then? It did, yes. Yeah, I have booked I booked an appointment uh for a not ping, no, just any. I've you know I'm open-minded. Um that's got when's that in? That's not until um oh that's a lesson, then isn't it? Yeah, so I less on the end of uh two weeks' time, and then uh in fact, yeah, beginning of June. Funny old thing though, beginning of June, it's my birthday month. So we'll have to see what uh uh uh John has to say when he's uh fitting me for uh a driver. So yeah, by that stage, in fairness, the half the season's gone, but uh that's his only time available, so uh uh a little bit of loyalty to the uh um have you told Anna what you want for uh for your birthday then? In fairness to her, she's when I was mentioned because my driver's uh uh savings fund is um uh high enough. She volunteered. Oh, it's your birthday month, and I was kind of I was sad of looking. Do you know how much a driver is, or is this a test?

So um so I thought oh I but normally then we'd say don't worry about it, just hit one up and we won't count it. But it's like no. Um so I think it was five off the T. Um and annoyingly, um I went round and I got down there at a nine. Um but the most you can hit on that is actually eight, I realised afterwards.

So four, five, six, seven, then after seven, you're not scoring, so yeah.

Uh so down there for two, and it took me three shots to get it in the bloody hole. So um chip up in two pucks, um which was very annoying, but it's still a par, uh so I take it. Um keep going. But all all the other holes, it was there was two holes where I had a uh lost balls and and lost and therefore had a sh had shocker. If it wasn't for the third and the eighth, um it would have been a respectable score, I think.

So I was a I was under the handicap on the 17th, uh, by the 17th, so teed up to the 18th, and again, I apologize to listeners that uh have never played Murray Old course, but um it's uh it's I'd say it's one of the most scenic kind of finishing holes. You've got the clubhouse in front of you, um, you've got the coast to the left, uh uh lovely blue sky there. Uh, and uh the on the right hand side, you've obviously got the road of all the houses got lovely views of the golf course and the uh uh and the sea. So I'm always nervous on the driver then. I'm not gonna lie to you. You aim left anyway, but for that for us big slices, aiming left will normally cause your slice to go worse. But anyway, I hit I hit the uh um uh drive. It was a bit high. I got a little bit worried, but it was fine. It came down short. So it's 200 yards, so it's a five-iron, a good five-iron, uh, to the green. And I had two shots, but I thought, well, I don't mind if it lands short, so I've got you know shots to play with here. Hit this first five-iron, it went shooting and it went screaming right, and I was like, no, and then I just heard this almighty as it hit the railings, and I went, come on, do us a favour, then hang on to the uh fairway. It didn't. Whenever it hit on there, it stayed up there. And I went, oh Jesus Christ.

I thought, well, maybe I've got a lucky bounce off the off one of the walls, etc. Nothing there, and then the group in front of me, uh I knew just like if you want your ball, it's uh uh underneath those railings is a tree, and it went in there, and then oh god, dynastic accepted it and went there. I mean it's it's a quite a uh once once you're up there, people you are being judged on your uh putting skills because everyone's looking down, might even get that far. I could have just wandered off to the clubhouse, parked my club uh clubs up, and then wandered onto the uh uh green just to tend the uh flag for the guys there. So I was just like, oh my god. So yeah, you know, it's a good score, it's 37 points, and I was walking away, kicking myself, thinking I could have at least walked away at two points there, bare minimum. Um such is nice.

So I'm I'm gonna blame that and my recent surgery on uh on my poor round. So as long as I haven't got any injuries, I've got I think Fran said, oh Anna was wondering what my latest injury is. I I just every week there is something new. Um I couldn't believe it. I normally laugh at Fran, who's the most unstable person on her feet on a you know flat surface. We went took the dog round the garrison this afternoon. I went down, I was on my arse at one point, I slipped, and I had my hand yeah, I had my hand in in my uh in my jacket pocket, and it's weird that the right hand pocket is quite narrow. It's like it's it's it's purposely so stuff to fall out of it, but I couldn't get my hand out of it in time, so I went down. I sat there on the ground and friends sort of you know, basically straight straight away taking the piss. Yeah. Oh did you hurt something whilst you were down there? I played like a proper old man. I was like, oh god, I took a took a slip I slipped on the loose gravel. God, mate. I'm yeah, I need to be wrapped in bubble wrap now. Fran reckons I'm uneconomical to repair and just be should just be put down.

You probably would know in you uh I take it you're uh taking part with your voice on the uh um the uh the um creative silly vest uh uh folk festival the folk when we lived in old town and that was the folk festival um there's some there is some good bits of it but it's not my scene um uh uh and we got to Old Town inn and there'd be some interesting interesting music being played uh and I and they put it in the folk genre uh yeah it it wasn't it was just should have been catalogued just under shite um honestly mate I I for the for us city listeners there shots fired there mate bloody hell mate you would have walked out and and there was people in the bar at the time going this is ridiculous could somebody like I remember we're all peeing ourselves laughing in the other side of the bar going yeah you're ruining a good pint here and on the flip side of that and to be defensive of the uh the folk festival there was some belt in music as well so um proper proper foot tappers uh every now and again um but some shocking stuff I felt like um we were about to go up and do the pepper and comb uh on the uh on that festival but yeah we we won't be partaking in that um I think uh uh there's uh the walking festival's just finished here so they we had uh quite a lot of walking groups it's not too bad for the islands it's it's well we go out every day walking so it's a bit wasted on us but um um iska the part she's just living her best life uh taking her to different walks that she's not been on but um so she's having a a whale of a time but um gig weekend I don't know what's on next on silly but um I'll need to I'll need to google that actually yes but um but on the 15th of May at Lossimouth there's also a charity meat raffle at the steamboat.

I do like yeah steamboat yeah I do have a good meat raffle you can't beat a good uh uh meat raffle to be honest just uh uh uh under uh a utilized sink yeah no no no they've got far more important stuff too much golf is it they're just messing around that and I've got um uh uh cooking to be done uh around here I've got um a bit of a cheat and I this is uh I can I can see you rubbing your hands with glee because I'm now cheating uh but the uh I've just ordered some uh great balls of flour they're uh they do sourdough um um for 48 hour proved uh um pizza balls so I'm using those ready made yeah I know ready made yeah but well yeah ready made yeah yeah you might you may as well just go and get a microwave meal mate yeah it's it's still good though uh I think uh we're gonna try I do like looking at all the local pizza um huts uh uh recipes and uh if that was a guy on Instagram local guy no it did uh for Anna this is not me but it's say blue cheese and walnut with hot honey pizza I don't know I that yeah I I wouldn't choose that myself for a menu but but I I'd be I'd be I'm intrigued yeah I mean look nice yeah yeah yeah I'll be doing a meat feast well I'm not sure what meats we've got but uh I bought I used the the guise of uh yeah your your teenage son which is always good there's some hot dogs so last week's I made uh a meat feast which was the the day before's uh chicken uh with uh hot dogs uh sliced uh and uh yeah that was the meat and yeah and then some gherkins on top it's absolutely delicious oh honestly hot dogs on a on a pizza you can't go wrong with it's just easy never never even thought of that um yeah we're we're we're having pizzas tonight but it's um we've gone down to Russ's they're they're awesome from there but we well we didn't have time if only we we had time um to get Fran to make the dough might we're gonna try those uh great all those similar to you would have yeah in fact your route's gonna be more difficult than mine so that when mine when they arrived um they were they're meant to be they come frozen um they're allowed to get cold but mine had exploded with the heat uh so two had popped out so in fairness to them I've emailed them and they're gonna um with a bit of a two-way conversation about kind of refund I said look send send me another uh order I'd like to see whether it's a usable route uh from where you are to me if they if they explode again and it's all a bit too much TFD I'll just pick a different uh company that's a bit closer. But um they did say that they could be refrozen and in fairness um I that they were I did refreeze them and uh I had them last week. Um they weren't as lively as I'd expect but I you know I've got nothing to compare them with so but they got they still taste good for sale your um but your pizzas then you don't you you don't use your uni pizza oven do you you've got uh yeah I sold the uni so we've got a Grosny yeah Grosny that was I can think of the name yeah so that's a big one so that's uh that's good and I'm I'm I'm I am getting better you know using the uh I've got this you know this small um little uh circular thing for spinning around inside um after a few drinks uh you can do that so yeah on the peel on the peel on the peel yeah on the it's a the in fact it is the uni one the little uni you get the little um small circle and you just come on underneath and you can just you just flip it because you've got so much space in that one um you can do it quite easily um you have to still have to be careful because it's if you know if the base is slightly wet or you can tear it so I've had a few uh near misses but um this does seem to be okay I still got the uh the uni peels and um and uh like a stainless uh steel uh fish slice so I I I spin it works a treat but oh you use that to spin yeah it's just a good idea that the the and you know what I because I've got the the the the the this pill to spin it with the uni initially but it's just too big the arm is like no chance uh but yeah I like that that's not a bad idea the fish uh I can see exactly how you'd use it yeah it makes perfect sense it it works a treat and I used to just take it out and just spin it by hand but uh but uh 180 and then put it in then 90 then 180 and do it that way but uh yeah I um we when do we do uh when Ellen was home we had some pizzas um we we we used to do every week make our own but um I think stuff with the house it ends up being a bit of a f so um but they do they taste so much nicer yeah and and as you say you get to um experiment with the toppings um and what and what you have or what you want but um I haven't tried blue cheese on a pizza that's got well yeah did we tell you um when when Fraser was at school he um he came up with a crab and chili mate it was epic it was so nice because I thought crab on a no way absolutely not that's disgusting yeah I think Anna's done that a few times yeah oh just so nice um crab and chili on a pizza um delta recommendation yeah but you're not recommending me I'm I wouldn't be touching that um I'd say that one but uh uh yeah anyway but uh let's have a look so you got any uh stats for last uh for upcoming week uh I don't I think I mean in terms of um let's have a look oh in fact what I tell I did I in fact there he is texting me and I thought I mean you know there's the point of having a podcast so it was a shout out to uh um I was gonna say Swedish who is um uh and this is uh Swedish but uh our uh Dutch uh listeners and it was uh uh Jim decorating the new house yeah and he sat he sent a great uh video of him listening to the podcast uh re Tylan I think it was he's a bit of a DIY master to be honest on the slide he didn't get that from you did he he did not get that from any of us but uh he he is a bit of a demon in it he's a I'll tell you what he's he's fair dude yeah you're right it's it's certainly not from this end of the family anyway but he's kept he's kept that quiet as we've been talking house he could have he could have he could he could have thrown him over there give him free ball he would have knocked that up no chance uh and he's been and he hasn't been working for he's been off for an sabbatical for uh six months so he had all the time in the world to come and give his uh favourite uncle a uh uh an and building a house so remind him that if he ever comes over say yeah you you're out in the uh you're in the garden uh if you'd helped in the house you could do it a room but uh well still got bits to finish off in the garage uh do you know what yeah mate's decent tiling do you know what I might do know what Jim if you are listening when you're over next bring your tiling gear I've got a splashboard I need to do it won't get that in the Tesla no you right yeah so what have we got we got a uh I'm trying to think uh I have to uh have a look Singapore is in another surge again Vietnam yeah they're all coming on there funeras as well US of A um I mean they're they they seem to be doing quite well um or we seem to be doing quite well there but that no no um I'm just looking at our last five episodes US um no uh no offers of Airbnbs as you um no no we've uh Highlands to Islands International exactly we've booked um our Airbnb now although we haven't paid so if someone does want to come in last minute and uh because I'm Matt who's got a lovely Airbnb we're uh standing in the uh ocean beach uh feel free uh Matt won't be impressed when we have to cancel but uh uh he seemed to what is the uh the the time difference to where you're going I'm just trying to think are we gonna be able to carry this on whilst you are um um oh god uh uh I'm trying to think it's nine hours behind um yeah it's I don't think so not without not the way we'd uh uh we struggle with uh either a Friday or a Saturday and eight hours eight hours you beat me to it yeah it's uh it's ten o'clock at the moment in uh in LA so yeah um I mean it's a it's doable it's doable yeah I can wake up in the morning in LA uh be on uh uh uh Venice Beach uh having a coffee and do a podcast you could it'd be like the Lee Elliott breakfast show because um do you know what if it if it would be I'm a breakfast kind of guy as well I know if it had been the other way around it would have been shit I'd been a grumpy grumpy bugger you would have been exactly no podcast there mate there would have literally in the morning I'm out shut up uh yeah exactly you could be Venice live from Venice Beach um Lee Elliott uh so we're gonna have to send I'm gonna have to send some stickers out to uh uh um Jim and Andus is the uh do you know what I might give them a pack uh the right amount of travelling those boys do um well then the Globe Trotters exactly a go to us yeah um we'll have them out we'll get them a sticker there and any other listeners who are further away than the Netherlands as the crow flies from either uh the Isles of City or Scotland uh then we'll we'll uh throw them out to you and uh Dale will pay the cost for that one uh and Oh no that's crazy stuff. Well I'm looking at the time buddy and as well you know we're we're the one thing we are good at is keeping us uh podcasts around thinking of Paul Vick and his training rides uh and runs so I think he's coming to an end uh he's only super set at the moment listening to uh uh us witter on whittering on I'm not sure where the time goes not going to lie to you but it uh does seem to uh go um so um I will uh catch up with next week buddy have a great week you got a busy week ahead or have you got always made you then me I'm not gonna ask you that I'm bored of you just saying I'm so busy to be honest I'm really busy you know it's a personal choice uh I'm gonna um we got uh just a quick one because Harry's out on the golf course now I'm gonna try and get a game with him tomorrow and um oh nice but uh he he's he's off his crutches after his incident last week at falling at a tree um and I said to him I said oh I said we need to take these up to the hospital and uh and then I thought actually probably best keep them here I'll probably need them in the next uh the way things are going that'll be my next injury so um I've got some standby crutches I might just um have a little uh um latch for them or hook for them in the garage just okay put them in the shed ready for you yeah uh cool right buddy well have a great week mate and I'll uh patch up with you uh same time next week I'll see you then thanks man bye cheer them
